Self Lifting Pulling Winch (Filling Line)
The GTL Self Lifting Pulling Winch (Filling Line) is developed to pull growing nets together with spawn-run compost and casing soil into the growing beds.
The winch is built on a mobile frame equipped with a single cable drum and an integrated lifting mechanism that allows the drum to be positioned at any desired height.
The frame is placed at the opposite end of the shelving from the filling point. Two steel cables are attached to the growing net using couplings, and a control cable synchronizes the pulling winch with the head filling machine.
As soon as the head filling machine starts filling, the pulling winch pulls the net at exactly the same speed, ensuring the compost and casing layer are evenly placed on the growing net and accurately pulled into the shelving system.
