Pulling Winch (Filling Line)
The GTL Pulling Winch (Filling Line) is designed to pull growing nets filled with spawn-run compost and casing soil into growing beds up to 60 meters in length. The winch consists of a mobile frame equipped with multiple cable drums. The frame is positioned at the opposite end of the shelving from the filling point. Each drum operates two steel cables that are connected to the growing nets with couplings.
The pulling winch works in perfect synchronization with the head filling machine, ensuring that the compost and casing layer are evenly placed on the growing net and accurately pulled into the shelving system.
