Pulling Winch (Emptying Line)

The GTL Pulling Winch (Emptying Line) is developed to pull growing nets along with finished mushroom compost from shelving systems up to 60 meters in length. The winch consists of a mobile frame equipped with multiple net spools.
The frame is positioned at the emptying point of the shelving and works in conjunction with a discharge conveyor, such as the emptying conveyor. Growing nets are attached to the net spools. When activated, the pulling winch slowly pulls the nets together with the compost on top out of the shelving. As the nets are wound onto the spools, the compost is transferred onto the conveyor for further processing.
