Emptying Machine
The GTL Emptying Machine is developed to empty growing beds filled with finished mushroom compost and transport the compost to a subsequent conveyor system, container or truck. The machine consists of a frame, a pulling winch and a discharge conveyor for continuous and controlled operation.
Using growing nets, the compost is pulled from the beds by the integrated pulling winch. As the nets are wound onto the net spools, the compost is transferred via the discharge conveyor to the next stage of the process.
The frame is equipped with four wheels, two of which are hydraulically driven, making the machine easy to move.
